  After moving to Riverview, a friend referred me to Monica at Asana. I have attended several classes with her, Marion, and now Barbra using the new student unlimited package. Their classes are awesome! They can really challenge your yoga practice or help you heal, mend, and regain your balance. I feel so lucky to have found Asana especially practicing with the same yogis for the previous 8 years.

  I am nearing my 2nd full year of yoga and can't believe the difference it has made in my life! What I can do today compared to when I started is astounding. With herniated discs and degenerative disc disease requiring physical therapy and visits for a weekly massage just to function, all those visits have ended with yoga which keeps me stretched, strengthened, and mindfully healthy. And, the neurologist suggested surgery which I refused. This studio has amazing instructors that focus on proper form and supporting me in growing in my practice on the mat.
